Pricing
Using the Structurizr server via the prebuilt binaries requires a license. Pricing applies to each Structurizr server installation and is based upon the number of unique users in a one-year period, irrespective of whether those users are creating/editing workspaces or viewing diagrams.

- Licenses are billed annually.
- Support is available via the GitHub issue tracker.
Please contact hello@structurizr.com for a quote or to purchase a license, with the following information:
- License size: small, medium, large, or enterprise.
- Name of the organisation/team that the license is to be assigned to.
- Billing address, contact name and email address, that the invoice is to be sent to.
- Email address that the licence key is to be sent to.
- Preferred payment method - bank transfer or PayPal.
End-User License Agreement
You will be required to read and accept an End-User License Agreement when starting the Structurizr server for the first time from the prebuilt binaries.
Trial period
A trial period of 30 days is granted to you after starting the Structurizr server for the first time from the prebuilt binaries, after which you will be required to discontinue use or purchase a license.

What are your payment terms?
30 days - payment must be made in full within 30 calendar days from the invoice date.
What payment methods do you accept?

We are unable to accept checks/cheques.
Do you provide refunds?
No, payments are non-refundable.
When do we receive the license key?
The license key will be provided upon confirmation of invoice acceptance.
What happens to the Structurizr server when the license expires?
The Structurizr server will continue to function, but you will see a license expiry notice on the UI.
How do you enforce the user limit?
We don’t - we trust our customers to purchase a license that is appropriate for their usage. We reserve the right to add usage enforcement in the future if we see this is being unfairly abused.
Do you have a W9 form?
No, Structurizr Limited is not a US-based company. We do have a W-8BEN-E though, please e-mail us for a copy.
Do you have a VAT number?
No, Structurizr Limited is registered in Jersey (Channel Islands), so we do not have a UK/EU VAT number.
Can we alter the terms and conditions, or use our own contract?
No, we are unable to accommodate client-specific terms and conditions at this time.
Can you complete our risk/security questionnaire?
No, but much of the code is open source and we are willing to provide access to the closed extensions source code for review purposes, under a non-disclosure agreement.
